Oh, definitely, I BOOK NO ARGUMENT WITH LEA OR DOT’S ACTING CHOPS, THEY ARE THE MOST GLORIOUS. And, out of context, the songs - especially Shake It Out, goodness - were pretty damn quality.

But plot was such a shitshow of HOLY NARRATIVE MISOGYNY, BATMAN that the overwhelmingly positive response to it is making me want to crawl in a hole and cry.
